Naive question!

I have been reading a lot of posts that either bad mouth or are just simply mean about Go-Jet and Mesa pilots. Not being an airline guy, what's the beef with them? Like I said, I'm not in the airline world, so I don't know why all the bad talk. And yes, I have been living under a rock! Can anybody explain?
