For UK based aircraft you have this extensive data :
http://www.laasdata.com/fra/bica_ctry.php?c=N&t=

There are a few G-Vs like BMW's Munich based N513MW (which makes almost BMW when you watch it !) or Praha based N680GA, N51FL (don't know where exactly) or G550 N818RF.

Germany has a big fleet (Gemey cosmetics C560XLS N25XL and a nice Sovereign as late additions).

Are you interested in a country or type in particular ?

It depends where in Europe you plan on operating. I flew for a company that had aircraft based in Paris. The French wanted no part of N registered aircraft being based in France. We wound up having to register the aircraft out of Switzerland. Which required getting Swiss pilots licenses.

It's pretty much a closed shop too working over there. The N register owners use word of mouth to find guys.

irish lr-31a

I bumped in to a irish owned lr-31a down in Malaga a couple of times. Still has the N reg on it, but understood that the British isles were in the process of making ownership and operation of foriegn registered aircraft by the locals more difficult, dont want to lose out on the tax dollars.
