CNN is so clueless. They are showing the actual landing while they are saying it is still 5 minutes away. After they realize their mistake they replay the tape as a live shot. They said that the FOs 'commandeered' the plane. WTF? They also said that FOs even 'land' occasionally so it should be ok. WTF again! These people are cluless.

and how can CO say he died from natural causes?

Continental actually MADE that statement?????

If so, there should be an immediate vacancy in their communication department...

Lets see....

Cpt slumped over....

Was declared dead....

Autopsy preformed....

Cause of death determined....

All while on the way back to the airport....

Impressive!

CNN says there were 2 FO onbaord, I have heard the CO will DHD one FO to save money, if he is only needed on one of the 2 legs, I guys where it was the west bound leg the IRO was working?

Dead in the seat with his boots on at age 61.

Yeah. That's the way I wanna' go.

NOT.

A heck of a lot better than being in some hospital bed somewhere while you go. Age issue aside, I would love to feel that good hours before my death....no operations, no treatments, no medical bills for my family. What a way to go. Rest in Peace.

Exactly.

When it's my time ...i'm hoping to have a fishin' pole in one hand and a cold beer in the other...not droning along over the Atlantic hundreds of miles away from my family. No thanks.

I'm done with this sh_t long before my 60th Bday.

To each his own though...
RIP brother...
