Actually with the stock market yesterday I think I'll cry in my beer instead. :crying: :crying: :crying:

Dude, you can actually still afford beer??

If you are sitting in an FBO with nothing to do, DON'T HOG THE ONLY PC WITH INTERNET!!! Thank you. I'll have another cocktail now.

you're a f*cking idiot.....be nice and ask if you can get on. You probly stand there with a "I just pumped the neighbors cat" look on your face then blame it on someone hoggin the PC.....what a waste this thread is.

Most NJ Crews have their own computer these days (Concur and the 8 hours of me time in the fbos). Just ask to use it bro, it's really that simple. No need to bow to the gold tie either.

HIJACK ALERT!

Looking for a travel computer. Lightweight, not too big, cheap (hey, I'm a newhire pilot). Just need to do your basic email, surfing, concur and Quicken. Any suggestions?

Then I would not be hogging the FBO computer.

Thanks.
Actually I try not to be the hog.

I just got an Acer Aspire 1 at Best Buy for $349.....very impressive and it runs XP....1GB of RAM, 120 GB hard drive....works great so far. It's tiny....8.9 inch screen and about 2 lbs. Dell also has ultra portables for cheap, but none have CD drive so no DVDs.....kind of a bummer. Maybe a 12" HP or something to watch movies on.

Dont go cheap. Hog the FBO computer til you can afford a Macbook.

Seriously, best thing I ever did.

And now that I have entered this stupid debate, I'll say this...

I will get on any FBO computer I want, lock the door and surf midget porn if I want! If you don't have the balls to ask me to get up, you dont need it that bad. Grow a pair and learn how to say.... "uh, hey excuse me, can I get on there for a second... thanks". Until then you can stare at my shoulders.
