For those who might me interested, I spoke with JR the other day and he said he had received approval for 50 new hires during the frist quarter of the fiscal year. After that he said he could only make an educated guess that hiring would continue at that pace unitl the end of the year. At this time we have the staffing needed to sustain another peak. However, that could change when the retirements start kicking in later this year.
It's not much but I thought I would pass it along.
