Continental Airlines orders 2 add'l jets from Boeing

SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- Continental Airlines on Thursday said it has ordered two additional 777-200 extended range jets from Boeing Co. . Terms weren't disclosed. The aircraft are expected to be delivered during the first quarter of 2007 and will be used on its long-haul international routes.
This is in addition to the 8 757-300's starting in September and 6 737-800's deliveries that will start in January. Look for at least 2 more 777 and possibly the rest of ATA's 757-300's should they return them to Boeing.
