Your airline will have stagnation due to fewer retirements scheduled and younger AT pilots getting blended in. I stated the "legacies" (not just DL) will be hiring tons, and many will come from LCCs for better advancement opportunities. I don't see that as arrogant because it's actually the truth. And I didn't even add the part about the bottom half of your group being disgruntled.

Why is it that no one is ever described as "gruntled"? As in: "Now that we got a raise, I'm quite gruntled about working here."

Or: "One of the pilots in the crew room had a disheveled appearance. The rest were sheveled."

Uhhhhhh, look what the 717s are doing now. Expect that to continue. Cities that were once flown to by mainline 727s and 737s and were handed to the regionals after 9-11 and BK are coming back to mainline. It's Fannnnntastic!
