You're right, though. Someone will get screwed in the end and I don't mind saying that I hope its you and not me.

I have enjoyed ASA so far. I have flown with some great guys, made good friends and love my home in alanta.

Of course you don't care if I get screwed. I have never though otherwise. I have however, been thoroughly entertained watching you justify now fighting the same fight you have chastized us feeder guys:)

If DL liquidates, ASA will be parked and if not liquidated, we will be parted off and leave a few 700's for skywest. But we all know it will not come to that. The delta MEC will save face because he will be able to say they didnt void the ENTIRE contract. Mainline has NO LEVERAGE. you can huff and puff all you want but your guys WILL vote in a paycut and scope relief if it means 51% of you keep your jobs above 100k.

You know the 54 yo super senior captain at delta. the young one since GL made it clear that all their senior guys over 55 are gone. The guy with the cake schedule, decent income, and has flown planes for 30 years....tell him to vote no, and go get another job.....good luck... sure...Maybe you can get that senior FO, who has a good schedule, decent income, and has waited his life to be a DELTA captain... tell him to go into that anonymous booth and vote away all he has worked for.... sure.. good luck with that....

Talk all you want.. you ain't shutting it down... you have no leverage...65/35 AT BEST

it doesn't "belong" to DL pilots either. Somehow I doubt Gen. Lea has ever decided what/where/when to fly anything. We're all contractors. Don't like it? Start your own company.:p

It is more theirs than it is yours. The flying they chose not to do (50 and 70 seaters), is not theirs. It is Delta's flying(the company), they could kick you to the curb tomorrow (yea yea you guys have a contract!, well there are ways around that).
