Hello and thanks in advance again?

I am trying to clarify the basic declaring of an Alternate mins for IFR, they are 1500 above circl mins, or if no circling mins are published 1500 above lowest MDA ( or 2000 above airport elevation whichever is higher. SO if the only straight in min is 1100 (airport elevat is 700 ) the clouds have to be at least 2600? correct.

Then if you need an alternate use the ALt mins published in the charts? correct

Requiremnt for descending below MDA/DH are the same for 135 as 91, except touchdown in zone? correct

VFR clouds and weather are the same for all airspaces?
except cant operate VFR in uncontrolled a/s when ceiling less than 1000 ft unless 2 miles vis? correct
In part 91 u can be uncontrolled less than 1000 ft with only 1 miles vis

thanks everyone
D

From what I remember of my 135 days you sound correct, except that most of these legalities are regulated by your individual 135 operator's OPS SPECS. I don't think anyone can tell you what your own operator's OPS SPECS are, you have to find them yourself in your Operations Manual/Ops Specs manual. Good luck.

As SkyWestCRJPilot said, check your company's operation specifications. Most likely, you'll find a more favorable method to calculate weather minimums for alternate airports. In some cases you can file airports as alternates with forecasts as little as 400 & 1, if your ops specs allow it - regardless what the approach plate specifies.

The rest of your ideas seem correct, though it's been a few days since I last flew 135.
