Cardinal RG is nice, but watch out for the doors, fuel caps, and STAY AWAY from the early year models.

I have RG #35, it seems fine to me. There are improvements on the latter models, but I don't know of anything terrible about the 71 RG.

It's been a long time, but didn't Cessna change the gear system in like '74 or '75? I know that it ia much more reliable than the eariler system.
