I was able to attain the the temporary one online they email you a PDF.

I got line checked by the FAA and realised I did not have my wallet. The FAA guy was actually really cool. He went into the terminal with me and showed me how to get a quick E-Mail with a 60 day temp of your cirt and med.

If you do not have an "On line" account with the FAA, this is reason alone to do it. You can change your address, request items exc.. on line.

Go to FAA.GOV
Click on AIRMAN SERVICES
Sign in
Click "Request Temporary Authority to Exercise Certificate Privileges"

Simple!
