NJ offered me 31K, but also told me that they start people between 25 and 35K depending on experience. They wanted a one-year commitment. The schedule is 6 days on call and three days off, however, they will use you on at least one of your days off they said. Maybe if they offered a little more money I may have taken the job. They also said there's no guaranteed raises. It all depends on how much money they make.
