Just like AirWisky stole Mesa's flying out of PHL

I forgot that since the AWAC owners invested $125million dollars into Us airways that is considered stealing mesa flying. We bought the flying since we have 13.5% ownership in us airways. Not just another contract carrier willing to do the same job for less. Do your research before you type!!!

So it's like PFT/PFJ on a larger scale right? You guys all need to relax around here! Until ALPA National grows a pair to do something about the downward spiral, we are all fooked, and it isn't because of Mesa, CHQ, or whatever your flavor of the week is. Hopefully, DAL and there recent strike vote will start the ball rolling!

You can only call it "stealing" flying if the flying is taken by a "low-ball" carrier.

Examples: "MESA and Trans States want to steal XJT's flying."

"Mesa lost flying to Horizon and Air Whisky due to their poor product."

Thanks for learning.

Who do you think helped bring America West out of Bankruptcy? - Mesa. I guess you did not realize that Mesa was also ask to buy into what you call "ownership" and they decided not to. JO actually turned it down & Mesa is still flying for the New US Air, just not out of PHL.

I am glad you got some sort of flying. But i think its stupid to blame other pilot groups your problems. I know Wisky guys that blame Mesa Pilots for nocking them out of DEN - when it was Skywest that went to DEN and it was UAL that put them their.

ERJFO - If your refering to F9 - Mesa gave than flying up because UA did not want them flying for a competing carrier in the same airport. Horizon has a product than anyother regional. According to some XJT Pilots everyone wants to "steel" XJT's flying. In reality its up to CAL to give it to someone else if they chose to. I think most pilot out their could care less about getting XJT flying. Maybe you should go get some PIC

That's the worst and most unrelated comparison I've seen in a long time. AWAC's owners investing in US Airways to help facilitate their backruptcy exit and merger with Am West and in exchange getting the a contract to fly 70 RJ's for 10 years is just an investment with a guaranteed contract, something we didn't have at UAL. And one in which a $125M stock buy is now valued at over $200M.

It's called sarcasm...look it up.

And I'm sure had the owners of Air Whiskey not bought up 13.5% of LLC, they would have NO flying right now, while Mesa operates 49 daily departures out of CLT in CRJ-900s...hmm...odd.

And whose was it before you came to town?

HMMM. Let me see, I guess maybe delta were doing all those MCO-EYW, MCO-RSW, MCO-PBI, MCO-MIA,MCO-FLL, MCO-TLH, MCO-PNS, MCO-BHM, MCO-GSO, MCO-PFN, MCO-TPA, MCO-etc-etc.

Get real retard, we built that flying and Delta sold it to the cheapest whore they could, first CHQ then MESA.

Did you go to the academy?

That CHQ flying in Orlando was Comair flying before those whores stole it from us.

Comair built the base, the buildings and the flying, non of it was Delta's or anyone elses. Delta sold it to the cheapest whores they can find, as CHQ are now finding out!

Hmmmm.

(Still Thinking)

Yep, that's probably one of the dumbest statements I've seen in print in a LONG TIME. Let me make sure I have this right... COMAIR built the MCO base/buildings/flying, but DELTA sold it out to CHQ/Freedom? How can Delta sell that which they do not OWN?? (y'know, 'cause as you stated, none of it was Delta's or anyone else's.) That'd be like me selling my next door neighbor's car while he was outta town. Glad to see you're a company man filled with esprit-de-corps, but your statement makes as much sense as tits on a duck.

Lets all face the fact we all are the same, but MESA is still a bunch of h00ker$ willing to steal someone elses job and fly big shiny jets for half the cost of everyone else. YOU GUYS and GIRLS are pieces of $hit!!!

Stealing?

Ok... I'm not affiliated with any airline, I'm here merely for the education.

Now, how is this "stealing" and not competition in a free market? Company A does it for less than Company B. Therefore A stole from B? No, I don't have plans of flying at Mesa, just trying to make sense of your arguments.

They dont fly for half the cost of PCL_128 and the fagship pilots. Face it, MESA just plays the game better than the other commuter CEOs. The commuter airlines have comparable pay. We are all whores, but not everybody PFT'd.

How about the next time you see a MESA pilot in the terminal, you tell him how you feel and then get back to us on the result.

BYUFlyr – My statement was sarcastic. Its not my argument

There is no actual "sense" or "point" in ANY of these flame baiter's posts. The goal is to see who can insult Mesa or Mesa pilots more creatively.;)
Keep up the good work guys.

OK, thanks. I gues I missed your {c; sign you didn't post on your original post of 'sarcasm', instead I detected a little bitter pill I thought you swallowed.

With that attitude and Avatar photo, you're no normal everyday Johnny Ornstein tool; you are at the top of the list. What comes around goes around. So for now enjoy playing airline pilot in the sand with daddy O looking over your shoulder. Keep in mind though, bad karma is never a good thing.

When was the last time you said this to a Mesa pilot's face? I realize this is an anonymous board but personally I will only post something on here that I would say to someone in a normal conversation. I guess hiding behind a computer next to your Lubriderm and Kleenex must make you feel like a man.

I will tell a mesa pilot to his/her face anytime they want to sit down and talk. I had a conversation with an air midwest capt and a 145 fo one day in the clt crew room and we discussed contracts, etc. They agreed with me that mesa sucked, the pilots are like most carriers(lots of idiots and a few good people). I don't use lubriderm(it smells wierd) I like Scott tissues and baby oil it works much better. Thanks for trying !

Most Mesa pilots will agree that we get treated like crap and the company does suck, but as a means to an end. Did you tell them directly in the CLT crew room that they were "pieces of Sh!t?" I still find it difficult to believe that you would take such a hard line stance in person.

By the way. I will be commuting to IAH from CLT on Sunday the 9th. I would be more than happy to discuss the ins and outs of life at Mesa with you if you would like.
