how long did it take for the judge to post it online? I found his site and I'm waiting for it to show up

those awaiting the announcement

Channel 5 has a crew at the courthouse and say they will break into the news with the announcement.

Did he tell the Unions how to come back to court and re-open the 1113c hearings like he told management?

Hmm...probably not.

Good luck XJ peeps!

No, but it was said with a "heavy heart". Yeah, whatever.

Must be weighed down from all the kickbacks he'll be getting from Pohlad...

I say when we strike we set up a tent in front of the judge's house.

Nice touch.

I bet Captain (MR.) Ed's kid is really wetting himself now that the opportunity to work for <12K a year has been given...

Let the strike begin!

This is going to boil down to one thing. The number of XJ pilots with families and roots vs. the number of single, pissed-off six-year FO's that have been ready to light it up for some time now. Let that battle begin.

Majority of us pissed-off 6 year FOs have family and roots too. More than anything, I hope the pilots can all stick together this time for the good of all of us, 20 year captain down to furloughed FOs.

Good point. It's sort of tough to read the pilot group nowadays. There's very little chat in the crew room anymore. I think we've all passed the denial and the anger stages and have moved on to the resignation stage.

I for one thought there was no way in hell this thing gets approved. I eat my own words. Mesaba just took a sh1t on all of its employees.

FFFFFFawk that. I dont want to wait 10 days. Give me my sign and tell me where the nearest circle is that I can walk in.

What a beautiful day in the history of aviation. Comair FAs your next baby and then we can all start living with paycuts in style. Goes to show you the judge thought with his head not misguided emotions. Don't worry there will be no strik. Oh sure you can walk off the job just don't expect it back. These are most certainly interesting times. July 14, 2006. Remember that day, for its the day america finally stood up to unions and said ENOUGH.

How many seconds before D'Anusblow signs back in as SuperKooter or G80forG80?

To the rest of you good folks, man- I'm shocked. Burn the crackhouse down.

Remember that day for thats the day America flushed middle class down the toilet.

D'Angelo is the only name that I have here on flightinfo. THose other gentleman are people with their own thoughts and views. This is not the day the middle class got flushed. Its a day that proves that America is simply sick and tired of union whining. Ideally they should repeal the RLA and eliminate the right to strike. Your still free to quit when you want just don't whine for your job back when you walk. Arbitration all the way baby! Once arbitration gets in the house bill then the transformation is complete. Sorry ALPA you got too greedy and now your paying for it. Karma sucks sometimes

Who is this "America" you are talking about MrD'A? The fat, happy Senior leadership? Or the average "Joe" losing his home?
This is the new Walmart trend...Sure my pay is slashed but your taxes will pay for my Government Medical card and my food stamps!
Whose quote is that..."Its amazing what one can achieve when youve lost all self respect"...

Hey ill talk like a union guy with a simplistic view on the world. The judge obviously thought the contract costs were too high. He is helping you save your career. Thats life.... Well i guess you don't work there anymore but for everyone else that does, the judge just saved their career.
