yes, today i recieved a somber e mail from our MEC at XJ. It seems when a corporation hides money, the judicial system does not recognize how money flows in these multi-level corporations. I was seriously thinking.....HOW .....How does this judge side with the company when they are so obviously lying and hiding money? Then i started to think, they know they are lying and hiding money, because in the end, the judicial system is bought and paid for by our major corporations. It looks like i will either be making like 20 grand a year or i will be striking/quiting come the 24th of this month. Because the judge will for sure favor the corporation in these coming days.

Where are our laws to protect the people from this sort of robbery? Dam i wish someone would see that this is wrong...its corporate terrorism......and screw these judges who are bought and paid for! 5 rounds for the revolution!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is how the world works, son. I hate to break it to you. When you're a peon, well boy, you're going to be peed on.
We're all slaves, to be used and abused, until we're no longer useful. Then we die. Enjoy the ride.

Yep, This is not good at all. I think that ALPA has been betting the farm on getting MAIR's cash back into the piggy bank. The Judge squashed that plan yesterday. Big win for the company.

Gee I hope there is a plan B.

yeah, strike is plan b i assume....i hope....p;laying hardball is our last chance. I cannot beleive our judicial system! How can one bankrupcy judge be setting us up for being the bottom scum of the industry. Does he not know that we are already industry average? that comair is getting rates like or even above ours? I bet if someone does some research, i bet that judge will be a polad crony......i am startiing to think thats why our founding fathers out in the second amendment into the constitution..........this is f ing rediculous....i bet if we strike, they will attempt to arrest our union officials.....if we do not have the legal right to strike, we should set a date, to have a walk out....just leave that f ing place..

Where is ALPA national? oh thats right, they are worried about foriegn ownership......i bet a foriegn company would be better than spanjiers....and company
