Rez, what do you know of the new bk laws?
Hey Hulk, where you trainin' at?
This TA at XJ is tough. The best choice for those who are able to is to find gainful employment elsewhere. I understand that a lot of people have various reasons to stay on at XJ, and those who have left might not understand the reasoning of those who have stayed on. I would love to find a better place, myself. Another regional, however, does not, and never will, fit that description for me, until they dig their FO rates out of the sewers. It's real easy to shout "vote no" from the other side of the fence, surrounded by all that "greener" grass.
I am genuinely interested in where people are going that is better, because I really would like to leave. I'd appreciate if people could keep the "speedy upgrade" smoke to a minimum, however.
Mesaba's management are truly despicable, and they are making wounds which quite likely will be too deep to heal. However, I do not hold the TA against our MEC and NC. I really think that it is the best they could do under the conditions imposed upon them by our current political climate. The best way to address your corporate anger is at the voting booth this Tuesday, and vote to eliminate our current corporate welfare state. I mean, really, do any of you think that the oil giants, with their BILLION dollar profits, need tax relief to thrive? There's a reason our roads, schools, and health systems are falling apart. There's a reason corporate managers are actively encouraged to beat upon their employees. This TA, up or down, ain't gonna do a thing to address the bigger problems.
So who's hiring Mesaba FO's these days?
