Your MEC has agreed to a Tentative Contract Agreement with CRJ RATES THAT ARE LOWER THAN PINNACLE.

And Pinnacle's rates aren't even that great - from an old contract signed back in 1999.
 
Here are the Pinnacle CRJ rates:

Their FO rates even out with PCL after 3 years.
Remember it's the same rate for SAAB or Avro.
Their old CRJ rates have always been lower than PCL. Yet their pilot group never misses a chance to tell anyone who will listen how bad we are paid. I have heard it from the FA, rampers, mechanics, gate agents, hotel employees, air traffic controllers, even the got **CENSORED****CENSORED****CENSORED****CENSORED** skycaps.

Nope, a 3yr Avro ca makes 63.59 and I only make 60.31 as 3yr 44 seat driver. 13 cents a seat more per hour extra. At least our rates are finally been seen for what they really are and not what the Mesaba pilot group wants them to be.
 
We'll see what The Mesaba guys are really made of when it comes time to vote. I honestly don't think that they would ever approve something like this.

Either way, their MEC has a lot of explaining to do.
 
I hope they don't either. But, that "almost" retro pay is burning a hole in those junior boys' pocket. And that 20 year match looks good for the old timers. But I think the language may have gotten rid of block or better. And the scope is what it is. I think they will do the right thing. But if not, maybe their proud pilot group will leave us alone and just let us be PCL.(nothing to be ashamed of)
 
I always thought ASA was near the top of the industry with our payrates on the RJ. Apparantly we are not :p
 
Take a look at the ACA contract if you want something to go on. Your TA, ick. That IS a scientific word!
