So Mesaba is just a stepping stone for FO's? Then it is only fair that it be a stepping stone for mechanics like yourself and we should lower your pay accordingly. After all, your not in the big leagues either right? Yeah, then you can go to NWA someday, oh thats right they haven't hired in a while. How dare you say that first officers should accept our current situation after you got a good contract last time around. I bet there is not 1 FO that makes as much as the most junior mechanic.
