Heard new rumors:

One about some confidentiality agreement with mgmt and the MEC.

2nd the company asking for concessions.

Any truth to either of these and what do you know about what is going on.

From what we've heard, the confidentiality agreement - True...

Concessions??? Maybe and leaning more toward yes... Management asked ALPA to provide resources for a "financial analysis" for "potential contract relief." So yeah, leaning more and more to yes...

The first item you list would be consistent with the second ...they both go hand in hand. If they aren't true yet, they will be very soon - you can count on it.

I hear ya. I got a taste of starting FO pay at Mesaba and I can't hardly believe that your pilot group is overpaid. How much are they planning on saving by robbing from the workers? Tens of thousands of dollars per year?

While waiting for the crew bus in MSP last night a Pinnacle CRJ pulled up to the Mesaba hanger. From afar it looked like an older one, had the old NWA paint scheme and a different radome. Mesaba could have been doing mx work but I think 9E has their own mx in MSP. Any ideas?

I think it's been replied to, but TRUE and TRUE.

NO.

9E has there own mx in MSP, they use the XJ hangar now and then when they have a problem that can't be worked on the ramp. Thats what an XJ mech told me.

TAKE THIS JOB AND SHOVE IT....I AIN'T WORKIN HERE NO MORE...MY WOMEN DONE LEFT AND TOOK ALL THE REASON I WAS A WORKIN FOR...YOU BETTER NOT TRY TO STAND IN MY WAY CAUSE IM WALKIN FOR THE DOOR....TAKE THIS JOB AND SHOVE IT I AIN'T WORKIN HERE NO MO...YEE HAA!

Bae-146

I know a pilot that use to work for the company I fly for. He got hired in July for the BAe-146... He was in Sim training at the end of Aug. Is he totally screwed, will he have a job still at Christmas???

Getting your furlough notice while making $22,000 a year... priceless
