Fill in the blanks........

The fact of the matter is XJ management IS stalling at the negotiations table. They are not showing any willingness to negotiate fairly. Just recently we were "supposed" to exchange proposals on Compensation, Scope and Minimum Pay.

All compensation proposals from the company were in the form of blanks. They claimed that they were under the agreement that they didn't have to put actual numbers in their proposals and they went on to state if they put numbers in their proposals it would "make the pilots mad." (you don't think we're already mad?!)

in summary, the mediator has directed that all negotiations from April and beyond are to be held in Washington D.C.

Hang on boys and gals.... it's gonna be like riding a wild bull. We'll get what we deserve and set the bar for the rest of our brothers and sisters.

T-Handle... I wish you were right. It is only going to get worse. Evil red is going to be asking for concessions very soon.

Anyone trying to get on at a regional..... Run as far away from Mesaba as you can.
