I agree, it wasn't the road show that "changed my mind," I still don't feel comforatable with it. I just have learned more now, and I don't think that we are Mesa, I was jumping the gun on that one. I have a feeling it will pass, and I just want people to have the facts about it before they judge us. And I mean "US" when I say that. I will still probalby vote no, but I am willing to move forward with what the pilot group decides, even if it only passes by 51%.

This TA is going off the runway quicker than you can say FED EX!!!

Keep an eye on NWA 4th quarter earnings report Friday.

I will be voting yes. It may not be what we asked for but it is an improvment for mesaba pilots. I think that anyone who expected to see a TA with everything we asked for is crazy, that is why it is called a negotiation, give a little take a little. I think everyone should think hard before voting no. If the TA does not pass I am POSITIVE that the next TA will not be an improvment, I truly beleive in our MEC that this is as good as it is going to get this time around. I also think that the FO's that are pissed off over the TA should sit back and realize that most if not all of them will be in the left seat in a few years when we finally start growing again. So, to all mesaba pilots lets not shoot this down just becuase the pay rates are a little lower than expected, look at all the other improvements besides pay. Lets get this contract crap behind us and move on with our lives.

xjavro85: It will pass 70/30

jmddgc: All indicators that I have seen show this TA is going down 90/10.

I say more like 55/45 voting it down. Whats the vegas odds say.
How'bout someone emailing the moderator and see if he will put up some kind of prize as to who gets the closest number and which outcome.

Is my MEC lying to me?

It wouldn't surprise me. You can't trust unions. And you guys were all worried that management was going to screw you.

What??? Upgrade through growth is a comparable substitution
for pay?

Hmmmm.... Where have we heard this philosophy before?

<<<<HINT>>>>

Begins with J and ends with O

So I guess were not the only ones huh?

That is standard company rhetoric at every airline.

Why do you want good FO pay? Yall be capts in a year anyways.

Before you judge a TA, it's good practice to read it for those of you who haven't.

Yes vote here.

4 hour minimum day plus other work rules pad the W-2...

Guys after the Road show I have turned in to a Yes. If you missed the road show PM me and ill tell you what turned me around.

And PCL Flt-ops I am still waiting.
I have conceded that our TA pay rates on the CRJ are a push with yours.
But there is not one section of your contract that is better than our new TA. If you find one let me know.

Great big YES here. I respect the no voters but really think that they're voting with emotions instead of with their heads.
