What parked Avros and Saabs?

new version of an old rumor. The way I heard is they are trying to use the 9 avros and the 10 saabs that are going to be parked for another carrier. I'll believe that when it happens. I can't see big brother letting that happen.

I just talked with a Mech last night. I was told there are new placards (sp?) in many of the planes that were owned by NWA/Wells Fargo wtih US Bank placards. He also shared that there are currently only 3 that are parked (I thought the deadline was Oct 31?). Then he told me that they had to go down and take off a couple engines from one of them to use on another aircraft currently flying. Don't they have to be at least airworthy when we give them back to the people that own them?

I'm not saying it's a sign or magic 8-ball or anything. Just found it rather typical.
