-Training to be initially done in Canada
-Initial domiclie for CRJ in MSP
-First training class to begin Mid-July
-A model and B- model Saabs (PX's) leases expire within the next 3-5 years. Sounds like they will not be replaced. (My interpretation from what was said)
-150 pilots to be hired for the initial 15 A/C
-N-Numbers will be 600XJ's
-As part of the ASA, continued negotiations to modify the E-Pass program (ex. 5-year seniority=free NWA travel)
-A/C will be mirror images to PNCL's, except for "Operated by Mesaba Airlines" on the side, and tail numbers. (duh)
-Delivery ceremony is TBD
-Mesaba is only planning on using current hubs, at this time
-All 15 initial A/C are 50 seat versions
-1st A/C in late Sept, 1st rev is mid Oct, delivery for all A/C (15) is under 6 mos. Again, TBD
-XJ Mgmt has no comment on PNCL Mgmt's rip on Mesaba and "low-balling" bid for the CRJ's. (See PNCL internal Memo 4-21-05) "The only people that know the specifics of the bid are NWA and Mesaba Management."
-All A/C will be Flaps 8
*A lot of information is TBD
