This JO @sshole must have the best legal staff on the face of the earth. I suppose that would be a necessity for someone who conducts business as he does. What a toolbag.

That's the problem with today's world. Just because something is legal does not make it right. In the "good old days", people had morals and ethics. Now, the name of the game is exploiting every loophole there is to exploit and stepping on everyone else in the process to get as much as you can for yourself.

Given the continued extraordinary market conditions, NASDAQ is further extending the suspension of the bid price and market value of publicly held shares requirements. Enforcement of these rules is scheduled to resume on Monday, July 20, 2009.
 
Maybe Friday will be the day. Otherwise we can all officially call JO a moron for saying any day now about a month ago.
