I am not to sure they will not win this one.
They are in CVG for a reason, trust me.

Might end in a settlement.

You are sure they (Mesa) won't win? or will win?

The double negative is throwing me off after a few brews.

I will not be surprised to see Mesa win this case. DAL and some of their witnesses shot themselves in the foot. As a min I see JO getting a lot of payoff money to CNX the contract.

This isn't "the case". The pending decision is on Delta's appeal of the court ordered injunction to stop paying Mesa. The only "case" (if you will) that has been heard is Delta's appeal of the injunction in front of a 3 judge panel in the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. The decision in this case is due soon, but don't expect Delta to win this one. Most likely the injunction that has kept Mesa flying for Delta will stay in place until the "case" is eventually heard OR until Delta and Mesa negotiate some end of to their relationship.

And I see DAL buying Mesa and closing shop.
