Hi!
If you read the latest USAir MEC/Mgmt letter on RJs it has a line that says that any USAir feeder will NOT be restricted on the type of jets that fly for someone else, so, if I'm reading this correctly, Mesa ITSELF can fly those 70 and 90 seaters for AWA WITHOUT having to start up an alter ego carrier that is non union.
Mesa pilots, check it out.
