I always see the "mesa bashing" on these boards, but I never worked there so I can't comment. However, viewing the link on this thread yields that a 1st year Captain at Mesa earns $0.00/hr.

Has Mesa not heard of the 13th ammendment?

Mesa is so understaffed on FO's is crazy. One day alone in IAD there were 16 flights CX'd for crew. Most of the taco rockets are capt/capt up front. Rumor is they can't get anyone to sign on to work there now because things are so out of control with scheduling. Good! they deserve it! Finally I think the new up and coming FO's realize there are jobs worth saying no to
