Are you saying someone is going to invest in Mesa? Otherwise you know BK is inevitable pass or fail of the TA.

The closer Mesa comes to running out of cash, the harder it will be to obtain any kind of financing. I can't imagine a scenario where Mesa doesn't file, but it is possible. Delta has its hands on the BK trigger and there are numerous possibilities in terms of what can happen.

They could pay Mesa to go away, they could bring back RJ flying, they could buy all or part of Mesa, or they could simply stop paying Mesa and shut it down in a week or two. They could also operate the status quo until the trial. There are other matters which will be coming up early next year which could also make or break the company, not the least of which is the Aloha trial.

The TA is a very small part of Mesa's financial health which has no impact either way on a BK filing.
