Sometimes I wonder how our industry has gone amuck and lost the "romance" that it used to hold. I often thought that it was due to reasons outside of our control, but after reading the last 2 posts I can see that the majority of it is our very own fault. Or I should say it's the fault of those that lack any professionalism or etiquette to handle themselves appropriately. I wonder how much of your attitude is seen by the flying public...
