Pig, can you tell us WHERE this happened?

Sorry for the rude CSR.

Also, we should be CASS soon. Only waiting for FAA approval. Anyone know how long that usually takes?

It took us well over a year from the time it was first "anyday now" away until it was finally up and running. And once it was up and running we still had a lot of bugs (some airlines not recognizing us as CASS) for the first 3 months or so....

I got bumped out of the jumpseat for a MX guy recently on Mesa.

I am a Mesa pilot and a commuter. This is beyond outrageous. Never request to speak to one of our pilots again. DEMAND IT! If that is not working then get out your light and flash it into the cockpit from the terminal. Get the Captain. I assure you that you will find a beaten down yet professional pilot whom will do anything in his or her power to help you out. I hope you got this clowns name because as a profession we should always ensure that a power-tripping agent is quickly put in their place.

Although the agent most likely did not work for Mesa I apologize to you and to all that this has happened to before. Please do your part and file the necessary complaint.

I wish you tail winds, soft landings, and warm overnights.

FYI 121 and 135 are welcome on board in acordance with our GOM

I thought Mesa was already CASS?

I used to ride the ERJ jumpseat all the time when they were flying out of CLT. I ran into two tools during that time out of at least a hundred rides in the jumpseat. Good group over there. Always did what they could to get me on, successfully the majority of the time.

This is a GREAT idea.. We need to be watching out for eachother, and make sure that some stupid A$$ Gate Agent doesnt get away with their power trip. We all need to get a 1,000,000 candlepower spotlight, haha, Im all about this.

A question for MESA pilots. I'm A JetBlue pilot and was refused jumpseat recently by a CSR. He stated B6 wasn't allowed on MESA and refused to let me speak with the Captain. I know we have a reciprocal agrrement with you guys and have jumpseated several times. I don't think he is a MESA employ, but a contractor. Would you guys mind sending me a PM with contact info for your jumpseat coordinator, maybe he can help square this guy away.

Thanks in advance,
The Pig

Rumor is Mesa pilots think B6 is bringing down the industry
