Bottom line is that J.O. can't upgrade is own boys/girls because FOs are leaving at a very high rate (wonder why). Now he doesn't even have enough FO's to pull off line to upgrade them.

Kinda funny to see this thing tumble. Because now you have just screwed your FO's out of upgrades and people that were gonna hang out for maybe another year or two. There pissed now and have there resume on the way to Compass and Republic.

nobody is bidding JFK or IAD because it sucks in those bases. That is that. If you have the time and want the upgrade it is yours...otherwise...street captains.
