If there are now profits, there is NO excuse for the pilots to receive below industry average compensation and work rules. There are profits, now MESA pilots, help yourselves: raise the bar.

...and they have been profitable in 15 of the last 18 quarters (2 of the last 5). Why would you expect them to start demanding a share now?

You are absolutely correct. We are in negotiations...hopefuly it wont take as long as ASA's did, but I would not be surprised.
