Andy,
I have been following MESA stock and trading MESA stock since May, I havent seen those dates you posted. We all know the report is late, way late. but I never saw an announcement for dates like you posted. Are you using a site that estimates when the report will come out instead of actual company announcements?

Yeah, since Mesa pilots are the ones filing the report.

Well, hasn't Mesa lost two or three CFO's lately with the most recent one only a couple of weeks ago? SOMEBODY has to write it. It will probably be an interesting read.

You be able to find it in the library filed alphabetically under the author's last name.;)

Guys, take it easy on Mesa. It takes a while to sift the financial info from the porn.

It's pretty simple.
Mesa wants to issue new stock to pay off debt.
If they release their financial results, the price will drop even further than the whopping $0.50 it is now.
They are playing with numbers and time to put themselves in the best position possible for the stock deal. It will be a losing game.
