Mesa bankruptcy plan gives US Airways a 10 % stake

A Chapter 11 bankruptcy plan unveiled by Phoenix-based Mesa Air Group would give Tempe-based US Airways Group Inc. a 10 percent stake in the regional carrier.
BusinessWeek and Bloomberg reported Monday Mesa and US Airways would also work out a new code share agreement.
Mesa Air filed for Chapter 11 reorganization in January. The airline provide regional service for US Airways, United Airlines and other larger carriers.
