Shortly thereafter there was a plan to fly 737-200s under codeshare with UA under Mesa's own banner. Mesa pilots put a stop to that and refused the payrates offered by mgt. Please don't paint with such a broad brush.

Yet they approved of the payrates they have to this day.
 
Care to elaborate for those of us not "paying attention to the docket?"

Basically lawyers and financial counsel to the debtors (MAG) have all posted huge bills and as part of BK procedures are asking the court premisson to be paid.
