Basically lawyers and financial counsel to the debtors (MAG) have all posted huge bills and as part of BK procedures are asking the court premisson to be paid.
...before chapter 7 and noone gets anything.

What's shoping mean?

Ch 7? wrong. With 70 million cash and out of BK Mesa will be shoping.

Remember, MAG is going to half to pay the professionals representing there interest, those fees will not be debatable. Mesa will owe at least a couple mil in claims payments for secured claims and though it won't suprise me to see them try to object paying all un-secured claims, they won't get all of them off the books. Oh, they are losing that 20 mil a month from Delta too and though they restructured leases, I'm sure there still paying on most of those returned birds. I expect that hefty 70 mil to drop and not for MAG to come close to that figure for the forseeable future.

8 more recalls at PSA. Thats 24 recalls in the last couple of months. Seems a little strange to recall so many going into the fall. Maybe they think mesa is going to tank.

Sniper, no offense intended, but it sounds like your starting to drink a little too much of Rene's kool aid;)

No offense at all I used to work for Florida Gulf /Mesa and I think history will repeat it self.

With what money????

Well, just last week, Pinnicle just bought an Airline with no money down and the seller financed the entire transaction. There is no end to being surprised in this industry.
That airline also was once owned by NW and since 'being spun off' has always been 'spun off' on paper only.
