Why does everyone ALWAYS see conspicuous aircraft at Goodyear. Anytime there is a Mesa rumor the bird has been spotted at Goodyear.
Mesa uses a facility --AeroTurbine (formerly Timco)-- at GYR for paint work. They almost always have an RJ on the field and trade them at the rate of about one or two per week after the new US Airways (or applicable) scheme is painted on.

I can tell you with certainty that there was NOT a 737 painted in any sort of colors that would resemble a Mesa logo at GYR within the last seven months.
