Just wondering if there is any truth regarding the SWA pilot mentor prgm.Any information would be greatley appreciated.

Talk about the Pot calling the kettle black!!

How am I lowering standards in the travel industry with repect to travelers? My operation has outsanding customer service.

How in the hell has SWA lowered the "standards bar" for the travel industry?

All this coming from a guy who had to cough up some bucks to get hired into the right seat of a King Air.

They run a cattle car.

How do you know if I had to cough up any bucks to get in the 1900? Can you prove that? What about paying for your type at SWA? Hmmmm! I have the balls to say where I work because I am proud of my company. I am also not ashamed of where I am right now.

Why don't you enlighten us with your 8 total posts and tell us where you work? While your at it, tell us how you got there. We, as a forum, would like to know every plane you have every flown. Along with that, you should include:

1. fees paid to fly and the type aircraft,

2. if you flew for free when you should have been paid,

3. every plane you have flown for pay, and the rates.

Once we have this information, we will be able to decide as a forum, whether or not you are worthy.

Good Luck

So are you gonna hide behind your computer or are you going to complete our request?

If you consider Captains making anywhere from $200,000 - $375,000 a year a dead end job then go ahead and call it that.

My a$$. 375K, no way buddy. Herb is too cheap. You watch as your airline is crushed into the ground by fuel prices, and inability to change, and growth in the Legacy's.

I am sure that there is a big demand for King Air pilots out there.

Maybe not. And just so you know, there isn't any demand for a$$holes.

SWA pilots are the highest paid narrow body pilots in the world you a$$hat.

Awww! Is someone getting offended? Maybe you should've watched what you had said to me!

You are only the highest paid by current comparison. Every other airline that WAS above you is operating in concessions. As the industry climbs, their pay will return to a level above yours. Then you will be asked to take pay cuts when your fuel price doubles or triples.

If you had ever looked at the contract then you would know that SWA has the best work rules and the most opportunity to make money if you are willing to work.

I don'tcare about your contract. I won't be applying at SWA.

Do you really want to get into a resume war? How long have you been in this industry?

I don't give a damn about your resume. I have been in the aviation industry my entire life. That doesn't take away from the fact that I believe SWA is lowering the standards of the travel industry.

Post your W2 with you SS number. Prove it.

Host the image here. (take a picture of you current pay stub or W2)

Post the direct link to image on this thread. If you are gonna bash me, prove how much better than me you are. Also remember to do that thing where you post all the airplanes you have flown. Make sure to include fees to fly, pay, or whether you flew for free when you should have been payed.

Good Luck.

I have nothing to prove you tool.

Now that you poked me in the stomach, you do. Butt-monkey. I am not gonna sit here and take your crap because you think you are better than I am. That obviously comes from your SWA employment, or your bitter career.

I have not been hired at any Major. I want to work for a Legacy. I am also in the application process for Army Reserve Helo.

I have one type, and I am in the process of getting my second. Who cares how many you have. Most of them you did with the AP on.

Well I have been hired by three Legacy airlines. American and Delta before 9/11 and Continental after.

They aint all that!

SWA is way better

You haven't answered any of my questions. You haven't provided any of the requested information for which I asked. I have answered all of your questions. Good luck flying at SWA. I am sure the good guys and gals over there enjoy the crap that comes out of your mouth.

Now we know who is flaming.

Entire life huh? And you think SWA is to blame for the woes of the "travel industry" as you put it. I don't even know where to begin, so I won't. Have a nice life Mr./Ms. Airline Pilot.

Would somone answer the question, I am interested in learning something!

Thanks

Mark

Sorry, this thread seems to have taken the road of most threads on this site.

I've been in the SWA Mentor program since it started. PM me your questions and I'll be glad to answer them.

Actually Russian, he wasn't kidding about the 375. Granted, there's only one or two who do it, and they have no life, but it does happen.

And geez, Russian, calm down.

I think you guys missed the battle. I'm calm. The other gu couldn't handle the debate, and got banned for a few reasons. If you read the posts, you most likely won't understand the basis. So don't get offended!!

Beer time,

Ruskie
