I have a fast working sponsor who already scheduled me for a meet n greet in April. What I'm wondering is what goes on that day. Are there tell me about a time questions or just get to know you things. Also, do they tell you right away if you get into the "to be interviewed pile" and is it possible to bust the meet n greet?

Thanks for the responses.

I have heard of people going into the meet & greet and making a poor impression so it is possible to blow it before you get an interview. I met with Jack in September of 2004 and he asked about my career up to that point. My sponsor actually did more talking than I did. I was told I would be going into the ""good" pile but also that it was a big pile and not to expect anything for 6-9 months. I got the call from KD to set up an interview in December (just over 3 months) and interviewed in January. Jack seems like a nice guy with a good sense of humor. Just be professional and friendly. I think at this point of the game he's just deciding if other crewmembers would want to spend time with you on a week long pairing; nothing technical. Hope that helps a little more than my last response.

Thanks for the info. Actually the first response was great. Short and to the point but thanks for the second too.

Be yourself.
