Dear fellow pilots,

I am looking for info on MAXJET:

Competitive minimums
Hiring practice
Quality of life

Not much info to find anywhere on this airline

Thank you for your help

resumes are in three stacks
>10000
5000-10000
<5000

competitive mins for my class averaged over 10000 hrs

resumes have decreased in experience due to other carrier hiring

QOL-- schedule varies-- but they just shut down IAD and will have only two bases and you will never see kjfk so hope you like to bet on black

people are awesome.

stock price is at 1 pound 14 pence or $2.28 to you and me

dual type rating
trained by boeing, pay during training - hotel and per diem

i dont think you can get an interview without an internal rec

Any word on projected fleet growth? I understand that Shanghai did not happen and IAD service has been suspended. How many more airframes likely through 2008? And will they all be 767-200s?

As of now 2 additonal 767's 200 or 300 or whatever they can get their hands on for the right price. Having a class in November. 3 pilot crews so we usually hire 15 pilots per aircraft. I project that we may have 3 classes of 10 next year. Very good people to work with and for. Lots of millionaire retired DAL ,AA, AAA Captains (well I guess the AAA pilots are not rich) who are here for the fun and are willing to share their knowledge with you. I have never worked in a better environment. However, it is a start-up and it could fail. I personally am riding this pony into the dirt if necessary.

Hi!
