actually I think it was one of Davis's supporters throwing a monkey wrench into a transformer.
This will enable them to argue that blackouts are NOT politically controlled (or lack of control) and that California's problems were NOT the result of one Governor's (in)actions.
Hey it's just another conspiracy theory. Coincidence that this happens when a recall has been called for? I think not.
I guess I shouldn't mention the black beam my aircraft shot over NY yesterday at about 4:14 pm.
