C. SkyWest Airlines will list a second alternate airport when the
destination and first alternate airport are marginal. SkyWest Airlines
designates marginal to mean when the first alternate airport weather
is forecasted to be at the lowest alternate minima authorized by the
Operations Specifications for use at the intended airport.​
