Did they charge extra for that! Haha.

I'm willing to bet they didn't refund his baggage fee! When Delta ruined my rollaboard with some type of blue paint, they replaced it and I was able to get a voucher for future use, but had to write numerous emails and letters.

Add this to the list of why I don't check baggage. Lost, fees, missed connects, extra time waiting, stolen goods, etc

Common General and OYS....

First you charge the troops and now guys are peeing on bags???!!!

Just classy...

Yeah, almost as bad as trashing same sex relationships and old people on an open mic. How many groups did you alienate there? That will be remembered too. Unbelievable!

Do you think Delta pilots feel the same way way about their FA's?

Delta treats their passengers luggage about as well as they treat uniformed military members. This doesn't surprise me a bit. But then again, if I was making Delta money I would probably find it hard to find the down side of peeing on luggage. What's the worst that could happen? Lose your job? Unemployment probably pays for than that joint.

Unfortunately there is still a mindset that equates "good" FAs with good looks....so not true...SWA hires attitudes not looks...the pilot in HOU is so out to lunch with the prevailing attitude it is unfortunate that he has come to symbolize the "pilot attitude" at SWA towards our FAs...in ten years I have never heard this kind of conversation in the flight deck regarding FAs...SWA has the best FAs in the business, I say this as an employee and a passenger...I am not worried that the AAI FAs will fit right into our culture...

Delto....pissing....classic
