Do any airlines hire with an associate degree?

Can you be more specific with your question? Most major airlines like to see a college degree but I don't think it is absolutely necessary at most airlines. That being said, a few airlines might require it... Can you elaborate for us?

It won't earn you any points not to have the degree, thats for sure. But I have flown with a fellow or two at SWA without it. I wouldn't have known except I usually try to dig a little into everyone's history I'm flying with to find some common ground, or maybe a rivalry we can talk about. If they ask you why you don't have a degree, try not to bring up the fact that you were following the Grateful Dead on their tour for 4 years after high school. If I was you, I would get into some online Bachelor's Degree program right now for your own benefit, let alone the additional padding of your resume. You might actually learn something, and even if it doesn't help you fly the plane better, it might help you in a great many other ways in your life.

It only takes time and many to get degree in USA college!
So most of the airlines knows that and rather sees other Qualities!

I guess you majored in English?? In addition your "facts" are dead wrong. It is possible to get a job at a major without a degree - and some majors do not put much emphasis on that qualification.
However, most majors still use it as a principal resume weeder, and on average hired less than 5% of their pilots without a 4 year degree. The landscape is changing, and after the current carnage the picture will be different. It has been more than 3 years since most of the majors have thought about hiring. (SWA, AWA and freight being obvious exceptions).

The bottom line is that in the late 90s to early 2000, 98% of pilots with the majors had a 4 year college degree. On the contrary, many other airlines (Jblu, Airtran, Frontier) Etc did not require the same standards. So who knows....I'm furloughed from a major with a 4 year degree while others I know without a degree are Captains for those airlines.....Its all a crap shoot.... Good Luck
