I don't have much confidence in regards to our legal system after the last year? The last contract they threw out had duration...I wonder if in a year or two alpa can claim that we no longer will abide by the current contract because we unwillingly signed to avoid imposition?

IF ALPA cannot find the means to win this fight, then ALPA does not deserve my 2.9% a month. Seriously, why cannot ALPA win anything in court? All I can say is ALPA needs to show the court that Chitaqua pilots currently bid on what, three different airlines! That has not slowed their growth!
