This clip from the movie "Brave Heart" pretty well sums up what happened to Mark N. at SkyWest. IMO, there is nothing worse than being betrayed by those who claim to have your back.
Individuals at SkyWest at the time will be played by the following:
Mark Nolan (SAPA President) = William Wallace (Mel Gibson)
Those at SkyWest fighting for True representation = Wallace's Army
The other SAPA reps = The betraying Scottish Noblemen
Jerry and his management team = English King Edward I and his Noblemen
All the cool aid drinking employees at SkyWest = The English Army

Notice how King Edward didn't hesitate to put his soldiers in the line of fire of his archers. This has happened over and over to through the years to the SkyWest faithful as their compensation, benefits and quality of life are taken away from them by a greedy management team.
Ultimately William Wallace was executed by King Edward but Mark N. escaped with his career and has moved on to greener pastures (no thanks to those deceptive SAPA reps who sold him out).
Thank you Mark for putting it all on the line for us. There were many of us there at the time who Really appreciated it.
