QX is taking 6 to 7 years for upgrade right now, so you'd be seeing 59, 76, and 82 for the Dash 200, 400 and CRJ, respectively.

This doesn't add up. The Lynx Captain minimums are higher than Frontier First Officer minimums. I guess there's quite a big difference between published mins and competitive mins at Frontier? I was really hoping the compensation would be closer to Horizon's as well. Wish there was more information on the long-range payscale.
