Does anyone else find these flight experience requirements a tad high given the current state of the regional airline industry?

The first couple batches of FOs will probably be upgrading to Captain fairly quickly, so I can see why they would want higher flight times than some other regionals.

Oh man they are really asking a lot. Operating a flashlight for 21 bucks an hour. ******************** that!

My question is why are they even advertising for FO's when I know of several captain applicants that have never been called for an interview.

If they are looking for people that can be captains in 3 months why not call these people?

Anyone got any more info on Lynx..

2-5 yr pay.. contract details.. days off.. etc...

21/hr is typical crap for first year.. better than a lot actually.. 2nd year is what makes or breaks it.
