Bean counters wet dream, mx nightmare. Horizon is betting the company on them and I hope the issues can be resolved. I mean its only been 6+ years and they still cant get it right.

Oh, and you forgot to mention that Frontier just hired away from Horizon/Alaska the man that knows more about marketing with the Q400 than anyone in North America.

I can't decide if this is a good thing or a bad thing; maybe someone will replace Pat Zach at QX that will start new service with less than 2 years of "study."
