I agree with the guy at the top..I would take it then leave. my question is how many of u have been turned down for these 20k a year jobs after working your asses off ! preparing for interviews and in many cases paying for airfare to and from not to mention the investment in flight training just to get noticed?
 
$95k is the min that should be accepted for a first year PIC in any JET......stop taking less, you're only hurting yourself.
