First of all, I am not the MBA that you all told me about that raised a lot of @#$# a year ago. I guess I just chose a bad pen name. If anyone can tell me how to change it, I will.

Congressman David Vitter is raging on about poor security at his home airport in New Orleans. However a former FAA Special Agent (Retired SEAL team Officer) warned Vitter of a 9/11 like incident in JUNE OF 2000. Vitter did nothing. After 9/11 this same man asked Vitter to hold hearings to get to the bottom of it and fix the problems....Vitter did nothing. NOW at Vitter's home airport, 3 guns got through the checkpoint in 7 months. NOW Vitter is whining on TV about who need to be fired. Where were you in June of 2000 when this problem was brought to your attention???

Lets hold Mr. Vitter accountable.

I TOLD MR. HILL THINGS WOULD GET WORSE LAST OCT IF AVSEC WERE PUT UNDER DoT. AND THINGS ARE FAR WORSE AT THE AIRPORTS. I TALK AND E-MAIL WITH FAA FIELD AGENTS AROUND THE COUNTRY. BASICALLY, TSA/FAA SAME GARBAGE)SENT AN AGENT OR TWO TO BE THE ACTING FSD. SO FOR MONTHS,USUALLY ONE AGENT IS RESPONSIBLE AND HAS TO BE RESPONSIVE 7/24.
THEY CAN'T TAKE TIME OFF AND ARE REALLY GETTING
BEATEN DOWN EMOTIONALLY AND PHYSICALLY. WORSE YET, THEY SPEND TIME GOING TO STUPID MEETINGS AND WORRYING ABOUT CONTRACTS AND ALL SORTS OF BS.

WHILE THERE WERE NEVER ENOUGH AGENTS TO DO WHAT WAS NEEDED (AND THEY WERE USED VERY INEFFICIENTLY BY FAA), AT LEAST THEY PAID ATTENTION TO THINGS LIKE UNATTENDED CARS, CURBSIDE PARKING, CHECK-IN PROCEDURES, CHECKPOINT TESTING (HOWEVER BOGUS), OPEN DOORS, ACCESS CONTROL, BADGE DISPLAY ON THE RAMP, CHALLENGE PROCEDURES, BAG MATCH, APPROPRIATE VEHICLES ON THE RAMP, ETC.

SINCE 9/11 NOT A SINGLE AGENT I DEAL WITH BELIEVES THAT ANY OF THESE MEASURES ARE GOING ON. SO BACK TO MAGAW AND THE TSA -- WHO THE HELL IS
DOING ALL THAT?
THIS STUFF IS NUTS.

MEANWHILE, THE FAA FIELD AGENTS HAVE AND ARE BEING PUNISHED FOR THE INTENTIONALAND WILLFUL NEGLIGENCE OF THE MANAGERS WHO ARE ALL GETTING
PROMOTIONS AND PROFITING FROM THE DEATHS THEY FACILITATED. TSA, WHOSE SONG I STILL SAY IS "SEND
IN THE CLOWNS" MORE THAN EXCEEDS MY WORST EXPECTATIONS. AND CONGRESS HAS NOT HAD A SINGLE SUBSTANTIVE HEARING ON 9/11, WHO KNEW WHAT, WHAT CAUSED IT, AND WHAT WAS THE FAA'S PART? THAT IS WHAT I DEMANDED OF MY CONGRESSMAN (MR.DAVID VITTER) AT THE LAST TOWN HALL MEETING IN SLIDELL.

HE IS MAKING A LOT OF NOISE AND BLUSTERING LIKE SOMETHING I THOUGHT HE WASN'T -- A POLITICIAN. HE ALREADY KNEW THE PROBLEMS. I ALREADY DISCUSSED
THEM (lack of aviation secutiry) ALMOST 2 YEARS AGO AND WITH HIM ALSO. SO HIS COMMENTS TO THE MEDIA ARE TOTALLY OUT OF PLACE AND INAPPROPRIATE.

HAS HE YET CALLED FOR THOSE ACCOUNTABILITY
HEARINGS?

SEEMS THAT POLITICIANS KINDA LAY BACK AND MAKE STATEMENTS
UNTIL IT HITS THEM DIRECTLY, IN THEIR OWN STATES OR DISTRICTS.
THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY ARE FIREBRANDS. THEY GENERATE A LOT OF
HEAT AND SMOKE TO PROVIDE A SMOKESCREEN BUT HAVE DONE LITTLE
TO NOTHING TO FIX THE PROBLEMS.

I HOPE I HEAR FROM YOU BEFORE TOMORROW AND THAT MR. VITTER HAS
MADE THOSE DEMANDS AND CALLS FOR ACCOUNTABILITY AND HEARINGS.
A LETTER TO MAGAW OR
MINETA IS PRETTY MUCH LIKE A LETTER TO BIN LADEN,
ONLY BIN LADEN WILL PROBABLY RESPOND MORE TRUTHFULLY.

I STILL WANT TO DEBATE SUCH PEOPLE IN THE OPEN MEDIA BECAUSE WE
ARE GETTING SCREWED.

I wonder why congress will not give this guy an open forum. Can you congressman handle
the truth? What does Vitter have to hide? Why does he fear an open hearing or debate? Can he handle the truth?
